Ataru Takeda (武田 中, Takeda Ataru) is a researcher at the OW Pharmaceutical Company and the father of Takeya Kukuri.[1]

Takeda is a male of average height and a slender build in his 20's. He has dark-irised eyes and black hair. He is typically seen wearing a suit and black corrective lenses.[1]

Personal Background[]
In February 2117, Takeda is contacted by Izumi Yasaka and becomes aware of the crimes being committed at Sanctuary. He helps Yasaka to escape to Tokyo by lending her a pre-programmed car. However, he is later killed by one of Akira Karasuma's hitmen.[1]

Takeya is Takeda's son with Momoka Kukuri. He is a brave five-year-old of strong character as he endures many trying circumstances without complaint. He is also seen to be trusting and generous with Nobuchika Ginoza. He worries about Izumi Yasaka, becoming sad when he thinks that he's done nothing to help her. Ginoza reassures him by telling him a story about Shinya Kogami's personal growth.[1]
Izumi Yasaka[]
Yasaka is an old friend who lends Momoka a hand when she needs help getting to Tokyo in order to contact the Public Safety Bureau.[1]
