Aya Takaha (高羽 彩 Takaha Aya), born on May 10th, 1983, is a Japanese script writer and impresario employed by Krei. She also owns the Takaha Theater. She is one of the script writers of Psycho-Pass and the author of the novel, Psycho-Pass Zero: The Monster With No Name.
