Antagonists

The antagonists in Psycho-Pass encompass a wide range of types, both organic and inorganic. While their motives often differ, their goals are nearly always power through control of others, destruction and mayhem.  This wikia uses the term as defined in literary fashion, i.e. a character, group of characters, or institution that stands in, or represents, opposition against which the protagonist(s) must contend.
