Heaven's Leap's headquarters in Fuchū, Tokyo.

Heaven's Leap is a new-age organization founded by Motohiro Nisei and led by Torri S. Aschenbach while Nisei meditates in seclusion. They currently have over 40,000 adherents, with 500 living a communal life at the main headquarters based in Fuchū, Tokyo. Their symbol is a yellow angel embracing the sun.

The members of Heaven's Leap are devoted to Sybil, believing Sybil's judgements to be of divine origin. They wear yellow and white eastern-styled monk's habits, praying and meditating regularly within their specially constructed sanctuary that blocks all incoming and outgoing telecommunication signals. The sect has many supporters and financial backers including politicians, business entrepreneurs and celebrities. As such, they have sway over important figures and influence decisions made by the government.

Eternal White[]

Among their treatments, which include therapy, prayer and consultations, Heaven's Leap offers another long-term treatment called  "Eternal White," which forcibly induces Eustress Deficiency through an overdose of hue clearing drugs. Their patients are then put into life-preservation pods to keep them alive.
