Rainy Day, and is the title of Act Three of Psycho-Pass 3: First Inspector.
Synopsis
When Arata Shindo and Kei Mikhail Ignatov, the two Inspectors who lead Criminal Investigation Department's Unit One (aka Division 01), clash over truth and justice during an investigation, the mastermind behind the case, Koichi Azusawa, launches an assault on the MWPSB Headquarters, putting the detectives in a predicament like never seen before.[1]
Story
The film continues where the previous film leaves off with Arata Shindo entering a mental trace state and having a vision of when his father, Atsushi Shindo, first introduced him to the Sibyl System. The scene then changes to Shindo’s house just after his father has committed suicide. In the lounge room, Shindo reveals to a worried Kei Mikhail Ignatov that he tried to mental trace his dad using his car, but it didn’t work. Ignatov remarks that it wasn't a good idea to do that. Sighing, Shindo replies that he doesn’t want to forget him. Ignatov replies that he is here for him, too. Ignatov then suggests that they find the truth together. A resolved Shindo declares that he will become a detective.
