Haruma Todoroki (Todoroki Haruma) is the father of Tenma Todoroki and Ichido Todoroki. He also serves as one of Kosuke "Herakles" Yakushiji's gubernatorial election campaign advisors.
Appearance[]
Todoroki is a male of average height and a slender build who appears to be in his 60's. He has dark-irised eyes, medium-length white hair swept back to the nape of his neck, sideburns and a petit goatee. He wears red corrective lenses. He is typically seen wearing a gray suit, white dress shirt and brown tie.
Personality[]
He is a self-important individual who can be callous in dealing with his progeny, as seen when he disowns Tenma Todoroki because the woman who bore him was not of high caliber.

Tenma Todoroki[]
Tenma is Haruma Todoroki's oldest son. He is disowned when it is learned that he is a latent criminal. Haruma finds Tenma's present status so distasteful that he refuses to acknowledge him, even when in the same room.
Ichido Todoroki[]
Ichido is Haruma Todoroki's younger, favored son due to the Todoroki family belief that one's crime coefficient can be inherited via blood. Ichido's bloodline is inherited from a mother whose Hue is clear.
Kosuke "Herakles" Yakushiji[]
Yukushiji trusts Haruma as evidenced by his willingness to be seen as vulnerable following the death of Lee Aki.

- The name Haruma means "spring" (春) (haru) and "horse" (馬) (ma).
- Haruma's surname Todoroki means "26" (廿六) (todoro) and "tree, wood" (木) (ki).
