Jean-Marcel Belmondo (ジャン＝マルセル・ベルモンド Jan Maruseru Berumondo) is an armed guerrilla who takes advantage of a government's weakening defenses in order to advance his own agenda.[2]

Belmondo is a male with a muscular build who appears to be in his 30's. He has long blond hair and eyes of an unknown color, as he is typically seen wearing a hood drawn over his head to conceal his face. He has a tattoo below his right eye that extends down his neck.[2]

He is a cruel individual who enjoys attacking and killing with his bare hands, even unarmed people.[2]

Guillermo Garcia[]
Belmondo and Garcia are co-conspirators in a plan to put the various factions of the Tibet-Himalaya United Kingdom at war with one another. Garcia and his "Armistice Guards" then arrive to quell the turmoil and get handsomely rewarded for this action. However, when Belmondo gets dissatisfied with his financial compensation for his involvement, Garcia kills him without remorse.[2]

- The name of the character may be an hommage to the famous French actor Jean-Paul Belmondo, who starred in his share of action films. Note that Belmondo the actor, first tried being a professional boxer after his fellow countryman, the boxer Marcel Cerdan, became world champion. This could explain the second part of our character's first name.
