Kasumi Seno (妹尾 香澄, Seno Kasumi) is an Enforcer within Division 02 of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Public Safety Bureau.

Seno is a female of average height and fit build who appears to be in her 20's. She has hazel eyes and short brown hair. She is typically seen wearing a black suit, white dress shirt, and black tie.

She is determined and focused on work.
Personal Background[]
- In November 2120, Seno and Inspector Tetsuji Bando are assigned to a security detail for the gubernatorial election public debate. They are knocked unconscious by Haruki Enomiya's men, but are later rescued by Division 01.[1]
- During Koichi Azusawa's attack on the Bureau, she and Inspector Bando go to the latent criminals' cells. They are attacked on the spot and taken hostage.[2]

Etymology[]
- The name Kasumi means "fragrance, fragrant" (香) (ka) and "clear, pure" (澄) (sumi).
- Kasumi's surname Seno means "sister, younger sister" (妹) (seno) and "tail, ridge" (尾) (o).
