Kiyoka Tedzuka (帝塚 浄香) is a former Inspector within Division 01 of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Public Safety Bureau.

Tedzuka is a female of average height and a slender, but fit build who appears to be in her 20's. She has light-irised eyes and long, straight black hair parted in the center. She is typically seen wearing a black suit with a pink notched-collar blouse. In the field, she wears the standard blue CID windbreaker.
