Koichiro Homura (法斑却一郎 Homura Kouichirou) is the father of Shizuka Homura and a former Congressman of Bifrost.
Appearance[]
Homura is a male of indeterminate height and a frail build. He has black-irised eyes and mid-length white hair. In Psycho-Pass 3, he is seen in red pyjamas, lying in a bed, looking gaunt and sickly.[1]
Before the worsening of his disease, he has short, gray hair, light facial hair and wears glasses. In First Inspector, he wears a dark golf shirt and a bright jacket, while in Providence he wears a white shirt, a dark shirt and a black jacket.
Personality[]
He is obsessed with winning and raises his son to be so, as well.

Relationships[]
Shizuka Homura[]
Shizuka is Koichiro's son. The two men seem to share a mutually respectful relationship, though Shizuka may be acting as a dutiful son without warmer feelings towards his father. Koichiro raised Shizuka to win at all costs, a lesson Shizuka exemplifies.
Trivia[]
- He is a former Bifrost Congressman who assists Atsushi Shindo and a young Arata Shindo when they meet the Sibyl System.[2]
- Besides Atsushi, he is the only other former Congressman who seems to view compassion as a virtue.
