Makoto Fukami (深見 真), born on August 5th, 1977, is a Japanese male novelist and manga script writer. He is good at portraying action scenes and lesbian love. He is one of the scripters of Psycho-Pass and Gekijo-ban Psycho-Pass, and also the writer of Psycho-Pass: The Novel.
