Mitsumori is the Vice-governor of Tokyo who oversees Japan's immigration policy. He is also one of Karina Komiya's advisors.
Appearance[]
Mitsumori is a male of average height and build who appears to be in his 50's. He has dark-irised eyes and salt-and-pepper hair. He is typically seen wearing a dark grey suit, white dress shirt and black tie with a gray pocket handkerchief and identifying pin on his left lapel.
Personality[]
He is a serious man who is mindful of situations and their impact on Komiya and society-at-large. He has a negative attitude towards immigrants, as seen in the case of Ignatov. He also dislikes latent criminals, as he has ordered Karanomori not to enter into discussions with Karina.
Personal Background[]
- In 2120, Mitsumori becomes aware of Bifrost's plans to assassinate Komiya. He escorts her to the Public Safety Bureau, then uses his authority to remove Kei Mikhail Ignatov from Komiya's security detail.
- He later gets caught up in the attack on the NONA Tower.
