Monto Minatoya (港屋門斗 Minatoya Monto) is a General with the National Defense Forces. He also serves as the brigade leader and task force commander of the 15th Brigade.[1]
Appearance[]
Minatoya is a male of average height and a fit build who appears to be in his 50's. He has dark-irised eyes and gray hair styled into a low-cut fade. He is typically seen in his military uniform.[1]

He is a strict no-nonsense individual who is loyal in his duty to the military, but willing to do whatever is necessary to achieve his goals.[1]
Personal Background[]
He is Teppei Sugo's direct superior and one the men behind Operation Foot Stamp.
After the 2112 drone attack on the Ministry of Defense building, he instructs Sugo to follow the Criminal Investigation Department's investigation in order to arrest Itsuki Otomo. When Sugo starts questioning him about Operation Foot Stamp, Minatoya has him arrested and tortured. This is put to a stop to Tomomi Masaoka and Risa Aoyanagi's intervention. He is later assassinated by Rin Otomo during her raid on the NDF base.[1]
