Oishi is a bodyguard to Haruki Enomiya.
Appearance[]
Oishi is a male of average height and a fit build who appears to be in his mid 30's. He has brown eyes and short brown hair styled in an undercut. He has piercings in his right ear and is usually seen in a black suit, black dress shirt and tan tie. During missions, he wears a green jacket, a black vest, green pants and black runners.
Personality[]
He is a stoic and serious individual. He is extremely loyal to Enomiya, willing to do anything asked of him or required of his duties.
Personal Background[]
At some point, he ends up in Myogadani and starts working for Enomiya. He continues working for him even after Irie becomes an Enforcer.

As Oishi's employer, Enomiya treats him with cruelty and a distinct lack of humanity.
Kazumichi Irie[]
Oishi and Irie have known each other for a long time. They used to work for Enomiya together, but now share a tedious relationship due to Irie's status as an Enforcer.
