The Peacebreakers (ピースブレーカー Piisubureekaa) are a foreign paramilitary organization that secretly operates in conflict areas. The organization is made up of soldiers from various special forces around the globe and primarily deals with illegal black market trades and overseas looting. But they will occasionally do assassinations as well.
As its name implies, Peacebreakers will also supply other military forces with weapons in an effort to either forcibly establish or break up the peace within a conflict zone for profit. In 2117, the Peacebreakers supplied Guillermo Garcia's militia with weapons to start conflicts in the Tibet-Himalaya United Kingdom to help achieve Garcia's goal of forcibly establishing a peace treaty with the rival faction leaders to make himself into a hero.[1]
Between 2117 and 2120, the organization is broken up by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Operations Department. The remnants of this organization who survived now call themselves, "Pathfinders"[2] (パスファインダー Pasufaindaa).
