Synopsis[]
Out of revenge against Japanese society, which implements a policy that rejects people like themselves. The group Return of Hope led by Abram M. Beckham carry out repeated terrorist attacks in Saitama, Nagasaki and all over Japan.
Mamoru Sougai, Police Agent in the Ministry of Welfare Drug Enforcement Administration, investigates undercover an illegal drug called "Nirvana" linked to the "Return of Hope" group. Still helped by a girl left behind by the said group, Isa Matsuri, can Yahiro navigate the conflicting agendas of the Ministry of Welfare, the Togane Foundation as well as other Ministries?
