Nihei is a male of average height and build in his 60's. He has brown eyes, gray hair styled into a mohawk and a gray goatee. He is typically seen wearing the uniform of Heaven's Leap's doctors which consists of a white Mandarin-collared jacket and white pants, though he adds a purple ascot.
