Sae Ginoza (宜野座 紗枝 Ginoza Sae) is the former wife of Tomomi Masaoka and the mother of Nobuchika Ginoza.[1]
Appearance[]
Sae is a woman of average height and a frail build in her 50's. She has unstyled mid-length brunette hair that is beginning to gray and green eyes. She constantly wears a blank expression so it is unknown if she is aware of others or her environment.[1]
Personality[]
Her personality, at present, is unknown due to her illness; however, both her ex-husband and son worry about her.[1]
Personal Background[]
Sae suffers from a disease called Eustress Deficiency Syndrome.[1] Since Sibyl does not acknowledge this illness, such people are confined to therapy facilities. However, the conditions there are so terrible that Ginoza makes arrangements for a drone clinic at her home.
Relationships[]
Tomomi Masaoka[]
Masaoka is Sae's former husband and the biological father of their son, Nobuchika Ginoza. It is possible that her illness played a role in their divorce or began after Masaoka was deemed a latent criminal. Masaoka feels great guilt about things and because of the way they have affected his family, he tells Sae that his life is now devoted to their son's happiness.[1]

- The name Sae means "thread, silk" (紗) (sa) and "branch" (枝) (e).
- Sae's surname Ginoza means "best regards, good, convenient/convenience" (宜) (gi), "field, wilderness" (野) (no) and "seat, position, place, pedestal, gathering" (座) (za).
