Sem (セム Semu) is the leader of a guerrilla group in Shambala Float and Shinya Kogami's friend.[1]

Sem is a swarthy man who appears to be in his 30's with brown eyes and short, black hair. He bears a large scarred area on the left side of his forehead, likely due to burning. He is usually seen wearing a collarless, long-sleeved white shirt and dark pants.[1]
