The Southeast Asian Union (SEAUn)[1] is a confederation of countries located in Southeast Asia. They consist of countries similar in nature to real-life countries such as Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Thailand, Peninsular Malaysia, Laos and Singapore.
Shambala Float is a heavily militarized country which utilizes the Sibyl System. In 2112, SEAUn collaborates with Japan on a military operation called "Operation Footstamp", whose mission is to eliminate the largest warmonger clique who oppose the current administration at that time.[2] The operation ends in failure. The story of Shambala Float following this failed mission is the subject of Psycho-Pass: The Movie.
