Tetsuji Bando is an Inspector within Division 02 of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Public Safety Bureau.

Bando is a male of average height and fit build who appears to be in his 30's. He has dark-irised eyes and short black hair. He is typically seen wearing a black suit, white dress shirt and black tie.[1]

He is a serious individual and dedicated Inspector.
Personal Background[]
- In November 2120, Bando is assigned security detail for the Gubernatorial election public debate. He is knocked unconscious by Haruki Enomiya's men, but is later rescued by Division 01.[2]
- On December 21, 2120, he assists in the arrest of the members of Heaven's Leap.[1]
- During Koichi Azusawa's attack on the Bureau, he and Enforcer Seno go to the latent criminals' cells. On the spot they are attacked and taken hostage.[3]
