Tsugumasa Tonami (砺波告善 Tonami Tsugumasa) is a commander of the Peacebreakers.[1]

Tonami is an older man with white hair, beard, and a moustache. The distinctive thing about his appearance is a yellow gem-shaped device between his eyes and a metal piece on his forehead. He wears a gray coat with a large collar, a white shirt, dark pants, and black loafers.[1]
